I have a .vcf file and it used to show as a blue person icon but now it's just a white blank.

I did uninstall many apps that I don't use which existed after doing a fresh OS install so it seems I have uninstalled an app that is related to this format, my question is which app is it?

When a visible icon turns to what looks like a sheet of paper, it should still be clickable. Can you hover over it and see if it says People, as @Edwin suggests?

My next post was gonna be: "You probably can't get the People App as it's been discontinued, but, you can, at least on W10, if it's in your Store Library"!
