Solved W11 23H2 ISO in-place update to 24H2 fails after reboot, supported hardware - out of ideas

Windows 11 Pro
BuildNumber : 26100

Which of these did you notice after the update:

a) hangs
b) freezes
c) unexpected shutdowns and restarts with or without BSOD

How many manual power offs were performed after the update?

I did many manual restarts after the update, as I went to plug my USB devices one by one, doing a WU check + restart after each one, also updated AMD drivers with their own installers.
I don't remember how many, it was prob over 10.

The only moment a hang + shutdown happened was when I tried to update Intel I211 network drivers (I thought, why not).
I ran 2 different versions of it from Intel own site, both do the same hang+shutdown, I gave up and let windows handle with his own version (which isn't that old). Intel package has some issues with 24h2 it seems.

Other than that, all solid with all my devices, played some games and nothing weird.

Yeah the WHEA happened during some of the initial boots and me messing with drivers and removing software, I have a dedicated WHEA filter on my event viewer, long time habit of doing OC.

I'm keeping an eye on those but the last one was with the Intel driver weird thing, almost 2 hours ago.
And ofc will keep an eye on the system on the upcoming days, I won't remove the old installation just yet.

Reporting here that I didn't had more WHEA errors in my case.

I did had ONE PC freeze all this time a few days ago.
Nothing on the logs, event viewer is clean, it happened while the PC was idle (I suspect caused by my OCs).

The only weird thing I have is that while the system is already on 24H2 build 26100.2033, Windows Update keeps trying to install KB5044284, even tho has already installed it and shows on Update History.

I've already tried every single "Windows Update cleanup / reset" tutorial I could find, including the .bat provided on this forum, nothing works.

Probably one of the many 24h2 weird little things that I'll just ignore until a new update fixes it.

Other than that, no issues, been using all my heavy softwares and playing heavy games with my OCs and overlays and g-sync and no crashes or anything like that. The system actually feels more responsive now specially on games.
