W11 clock setting

I have a brand new laptop presumably latest UK related build of W11 - all has been updated etc

What I cannot seem do to is make the W11 clock show 'short time' - always shows seconds .

Does anybody know if this is possible with this uk build?

Right click clock > Adjust date and time > Show time and date in System tray > show seconds > Untick.

Also:
Change the date and time format > ... long time, short time/date, AM/PM etc.

You are not on the current build.
