Waiting for verification question

Hello all
I have had to replace my security info on my main account as in a new phone number as lost other number which was used to verify.
I have had to wait 30 days for microsoft to allow me to change it which is a pain, Anyway the 30 days have passed and It is still saying I have to wait when it should of unlocked on 15th december, Anyone know what to do as I can`t change any security setting at the moment.
It would be great if anyone can advise me on this as I`m a bit stuck at the moment.
