Weird error: Disk not showing on task manager

Have you tried Deleting/Uninstall the disks from device manager and letting Windows re detecting the drives? and Reboot.
I've had occasions where the disk is not showing properly, and doing this fixes the problem. I think the registry entry gets corrupted.

I see you have tried this but did you do both disks? and the IDE ATA/ATAPI controller drivers. Use standard MS ones on all devices.
No , i havent tried to uninstall the drivers from device manager. I will give it a try.
If you could guess i think i would guess that something in the registry messed up, but runing the scan didnt found errors at all.

A fast test would be to disconnect your mechanical HDD and then see how fast the response is. It may be time for a full format of that thing to clean out bad sector reports and such, which is entirely possible if you have had the drive for a while now.

If it still takes a long time with only the SSD connected, then I suggest making a full backup image of the entire SSD, all three partitions, then cleanly installing Windows 11 onto the SSD (and you might could also disconnect the mechanical drive after saving the backup, so you only install Windows 11 to the SSD with no interference from the HDD). With the clean install, using the clean install tutorial here at hte forums, you should be able to rule out the drive(s) as being the cause of the delay, and will probably need to look at perhaps updating your UEFI firmware.

But what this test will do will be to see if something on the SSD (bad sectors / pending hardware failure / weird sector information / something totally different) is causing the slow uptake in the reading of the drive.

A couple of tips:

1) Pick a good program like Macrium to make the entire disk image. Then pick a second one like, say, CloneZIlla, and make a *second* entire disk backup. The reason is that, unless you'
re already making regular backups, you may not be familiar with all of the options you need to set, and if you make a backup that alter cannot restore correctly, you will be stuck with the new install. So, making 2 backups, from 2 different programs, gives you a bit of a safety net in terms of increasing your chances for a successful restore.

2) When clean installing, follow the tutorial closely, including the steps to clean the drive and convert it to GPT, it will go a long way.

The first step, disconnecting the HDD, is relatively easily tested. The backups and clean install is a much, much more involved process, and if you're not comfortable doing it, no worries. But, it is a good way to see if it is the hardware, the drive(s) themselves, or something having to do with the file system / OS (the last is highly doubtful since it takes a long time to show in your UEFI firmware also, *but* can still be an issue with hte underlying fs itself, if not something in the drive, that is causing it to act wonky.

did you unplug them and start with c: then add d:, then the next..etc... instead of having a gaggle of drives with issues at one time? it should not affect the volumes names in sequeance unless you plug them in out of order...

Guys, when my computer is off (shutdown) and I start it, The hard drives (HDD &SSSD) show almost instantly like it should do.

Only when I restart the PC it takes a looong time to show the Hard drive on task manager (and Disk managment) up (5 mins)

Edit: i said it too early, now on cold boot is also not showing quickly...

it is possible one drive has an issue, and it will not progress past that drive in a chain... you are going to have to weed out the drive or drives that need addressed.

I think the HDD was the culprit. i've disable it on bios and i could not reproduce the error again. Then, i activated the sata port again and enable the hot swap option for this sata port. Until now, it's working like it should.

Yep, when i clean installed win11 (with iso) they were all there already.

WDC WD10SPZX-24Z10 -> HD (On sata 1 port)
Kingston SA400S37240G -> SSD (on sata 2 port)
A CD Drive is on Sata 3.

To be honest, although i would say the HDD is the one getting in trouble its impossible to affirm. There might be something corrupt. I have no idea anymore. Tried everything except formating windows..

It's just me being picky ;-) plug SSD into Sata port 1. Leave the rest off/unplugged and boot up, including CDrom drive.
Run like this for a few boots / reboots.

Test for 1 hour! If the installed copy of Windows plays up, Clean it by running a repair install. (no other drives connected!!) Repair Install Windows 11 with an In-place Upgrade Tutorial Run "sfc /scannow" after.
Down load a fresh ISO from Microsoft Download Official Windows 11 ISO file from Microsoft Tutorial

Then plug in WD 1Tb into port 3! leave CDrom drive unplugged, test again to see if it boots up and runs ok.

Finally plug CDrom drive into Sata port4! and test. (I have seen faulty CDrom drives not playing nice...)

Make sure you have no USB sticks plugged in!

I know i'm being a pain  buts it's the way I would check if I had any problems.
With just the SSD connected and after repair install, should reveal a hardware problem.... I hope.
Post the results of your step by step tests here and I/we can review them.
