Why does cpu-z and HWInfo show such odd timings and Aida64 shows everything correct? what could be the reason for this strange behaviour?Screenshot_1.png

The only thing I can think of, is that maybe CPU-Z gets it's information from a different location?

Maybe AIDA is reading one BIOS chip and CPU-Z is reading the "other" BIOS chip?
I'm not familiar with how Gigabyte deals with the two BIOS chips.

I know the GIGABYTE GA-970A-D3P is an 11 year old motherboard, but it may help to update the BIOS to the latest version if you think it's worth worrying about. There are two revisions for that motherboard. If it's a revision 1.0 motherboard, there are a couple of changes that may possibly do the trick.

@Flashorn yes a bit OCed and tighter ram timings, but i cleared cmos and set everything to default many times but same behaviour
@Stigg Bios is updated to the latest version, and yes its a Rev. 1.0
It happened after update to 24H2, idk this was the reason or was it just coincidence
but Aida64 shows correct values, does not all software use the same sensors?
maybe 24H2 does not like mixed ram and 1 stick is different from the othersScreenshot_1.png

It's just a reporting error in CPU-Z. AFAIK these happen a lot in CPU-Z. Luckily there exist other tools that are working OK. If you are on Ryzen, Threadripper or EPYC you can use ZenTimings.
