No, it's the post processing in the phone. There are a lot of other people complaining about it online, forums, reddit, even Samsung.com.Do you have a screen protector? If so, that's probably why.
I have never used screen protectors on any of my phones cause they tend dull colors or add color casts when viewing from the phone.
