Any liquid/drippings from cooking. Any broth, I like Better Than Bouillon. Since it's pork, you can choose...beef, chicken, mushroom...even vegetarian or onion. Use the drippings and add some broth if need more liquid. Add some flour and butter and whisk constantly on low heat till it thickens and browns some. This is your roux. Add some broth and slowly whisk in some sifted flour a little at a time over low heat, make as much as you want. If it gets thick, add some broth...if it's thin add some flour. Don't add salt until you taste the broth and it's saltiness level. Salt and pepper to taste...voila!

it looks like cream of wheat for dinner. iam going on a temp diet. this plus toast, and a dessert.. nothing spectacular. if i get famished later i will have more toast. i have done it before and im good, didnt get sick
