Last night I took our leftover corned beef and cabbage and added a can of stewed tomatoes, two cans of tomato sauce a bag of mixed vegetables and made a soup out of it. Came out better than I expected.

Frozen beef bulgogi, not made in the microwave. You actually have to cook this stuff in a pan. Not sure I cooked it well enough, though. I sure feel queasy.
