Click the "Power Supplies" link, scroll the page and all their power supplies are listed as "out of stock" been that way a while now 🤷‍♂️

Its been like that with all power supply's especially here down under (Australia) my suppliers don't seem to have stock or much of it across all brands I don't understand why and the same with the RTX higher 4000 series very hard to get. Happy Times.
And to top it off the prices seem to be increasing.

I just finished checking out their site, and it seems that every evga product is out of stock.

D'ya think they might have been hacked? Hmmm, guess I should do a manual security check of this PC; could have been something that Gramma's lye soap can't take off.

EVGA does things a bit differently.
The make a certain amount of their products and then sell them (wholesale I assume), to 3rd party retailers, like Amazon, Newegg, etc. At their site the items listed have been in the "out of stock" limbo for years now.

But... they still seem to be available online.
My guess is they really don't like to sell things directly.

While it's certainly true they sell through other outlets - Amazon has them, so does Best Buy, their in-house stock issues are fairly new (months after the Covid pandemic).

However, the stock they did have (power supplies) seemed to have had their prices raised. Example, I paid $190 for their 1000-watt Super Nova 1000 P2 (Platinum) power supply. When I checked their site last year that same model was then $279 :oops:

Yeah... their stock slimmed to next to nothing when the vid card scalping started.

Looking both the PS and GPU list now, if I had to "guess", it could be EVGA is getting out of selling direct to consumers?

I find it odd a company that sells the own branded power supplies, and GPU's wouldn't have any in stock when you can find plenty online and in brick-and-mortar stores. That said, I did hear (read) somewhere else that EVGA was getting out of the GPU business altogether. I'm sure someone will correct me on that though :-)

I'd love to hear any kind of official message on what their plans really are (i.e. timeline on the wind-down).

Yes, EVGA is exiting the GPU business altogether. This made me sad as I have used nothing but EVGA Nvidia cards for years.

Yeah, I know I read that last year, or maybe the year before. The reason I remember that is because I was thinking (very briefly) of giving NVidia a go and looking at the EVGA branded cards and then hearing the rumor.

Anyway, I get the impression they're leaving the power supply market as well, though that rumor is being squelched by a mod in that forum thread I posted above.

Anyway, I like EVGA's power supplies (have two) and was looking to get another one, but it looks like I'll be looking elsewhere.

Have an EVGA G3 650 Watt currently, i was thinking of upgrading to EVGA G6 or G7 750 or 850 watt maybe in the future, but if there outta stock then i guess i'll have to find another maker to afford.

Back in February 2018 i bought this EVGA G3 650 watt direct from EVGA right off there site, as well as my Geforce 1660 Super in 2020 there.

Both are serving me very well so far

Back in February 2018 i bought this EVGA G3 650 watt direct from EVGA right off there site, as well as my Geforce 1660 Super in 2020 there.

All of the PSUs I see at 750W or 850W are listed with "purchase from our partners". Checking a couple of them, I see stock at Amazon. It's almost as if they were not selling PSUs directly any more. They do have direct sale listings for other products.

I worried that eVGA might have committed suicide when they pulled out of the GPU market one year ago, but they seem to be alive. (Maybe they weren't making much profit on GPUs.)
