I loaded in Hades game from Steam and this popped up on my screen (I also plugged in a controller for the game). I uninstalled the game and checked to see if there was a new startup program in Task Manager. I suspect that it is preventing me from seeing my task bar when Chrome is maximized. It automatically starts with Windows in the upper right corner, even after restarting and shutting down. What is it, and how do I get rid of it? Heh. EDIT SOLVED SEE BELOW
