Windows 11 Home
Hello,

From what I can see on my laptop, Windows 11 [Home] supports AAC and SBC. Is aptX supported, and if so, how can I enable it?

Thank you

Thanks for the link. I have already tried that before posting here. The problem is that I do not know how to extract that Intel Bluetooth driver on my HP laptop. I got the Bluetooth driver from Intel and did a complete installation, but I was not offered the option to "Only extract contents of software update" like it is shown on that Dell installer.

I don't think it's easy or even possible to extract specific files from the driver package, if the installer itself does not give that option. Additionally, I've performed a complete installation so the Intel Bluetooth driver should have been installed, already.

So, does anyone know which Bluetooth codecs are supported on Windows 11 [Home]?
Is aptX supported?

Thank you

After some research and testing I have discovered that Windows 11 support the SBC, AAC and aptX audio codecs. At least, this is what I have found on my Windows 11 Home installation.
