Solved Why does my laptop speaker not work?

Ok, I have tested the device/hardware and it works fine. No sound when watching YouTube videos and no sound through my headset when Bluetooth is on and connected including voice and music. Watched one movie and had great sound, went to watch other things and had no sound output from any device. I've tried everything I can think of, help please. And yes, the headphones are fully charged. lol.

If you have been using the player in "Exclusive mode", switch to "Shared mode".
MS Edge is always in "Shared mode".

I had already done that. Thank you. But, I seem to have corrected the issue by accident somehow. I found that I COULD hear sound through the BT headphones while viewing a movie on Netflix. When I went back to Prime Video it suddenly worked again. Weird.
