I had installed Windows 11 23H2 Stable. I installed latest 24H2 Release Preview using ISO in Windows 11 23H2. Can i upgrade to 24H2 Stable using ISO when it came out?

24H2 Release Preview (26100.1150) is on the same track as the eventual Stable release. Windows Update will continue to provide you new Monthly Updates, while you wait.
Sometime in Sept. or Oct., MS will declare one of the 26100 builds as the official release for Intel & AMD PC's. If you allow Windows Update to do its job, then you'll end up with the same OS as the future ISO. There is no need to re-install anything if you're on the current 26100 build.

I have the same.
It's not an insider build, and I received it via Windows Update as an update over 26100.1150. (Which wasn't the first 24H2 build I installed.)
I'm pretty confident that we will continue to receive updates, into the fall release version.

For me 26100.301 broke chrome and edge with youtube and couldn t play any video without interruptions. Getting back to 23h2 fixed it for me.
