Please answer a couple of questions. Do you login to Windows with a Microsoft account or a local account? If it's a MS account look in settings-accounts. Under your user name is there a flag that says you need to verify your MS account. Also In settings-accounts-signin options-under "When you've been away when should Windows require you to sign in again" what is the setting there?

No, I never login windows with Microsoft account.
I installed and used Windows with a Built-in Administrator Account.
I've never set a password to access Windows because I'm use alone.
and other usage settings you ask I also never set
When using it on Windows 10 I never had this problem. Thank you for your interest and advice.

Weird installation date?? Use the .ps1 script instead... I have not worked on the .exe since.. let me guess... 2015? LOL

Run the diagnostic in un-activated mode - you should really not be using built-in Admin... big security risk.

BTW - that is not an error- normal for a digital licence.

Thanks everyone providing advice and assistance
But I just noticed that After I updated Windows the other day.
Until now, this symptom has disappeared. But I'm still not sure.
Because when there is a notebook symptom, I have to sleep for many hours until it comes up to Activate again.
And I think if it still doesn't go away You may have to reinstall Windows.
So I asked for time to test. and will update the information later.
