That "Other devices" section has nothing to do with your sound per se, and everything to do with Bluetooth device services!!! If that's the section you've been talking about all the time, you have no issue. Period!!!

See my post for an explanation - Some entries in "Other Devices" are a mystery--can't figure them out - Windows 10 Help Forums.

Please review the images and I added explanation at the end which I believe you missed. 🌹

I did see your images, and why I pointed them out. I also see the Realtek driver in she "Sound, video and game controllers" section so that tells me the driver is there and functioning otherwise you'd have some type of mark near it. Please read the post I pointed to for "Other devices".

The second images shows that the driver went missing. Means Windows 11 lost it again. :(

OK, this is where a little knowledge helps...

There's NO need to reinstall that driver cause it's already installed as I pointed out when I said this...
I also see the Realtek driver in she "Sound, video and game controllers" section so that tells me the driver is there and functioning otherwise you'd have some type of mark near it.

If there was a driver issue you'd have an either a question mark or exclamation mark there. You don't so there's no problem!!!

You also said in another post you were still getting sound. Again, if there was an issue, you wouldn't get sound...
Astonishingly, the audio is STILL working fine even though I restarted the laptop thrice.

All that said, and not trying to be funny, but it appears you're not reading Device Manager correctly.

Please enable Bluetooth, and repost the Device Manager image showing "Other Devices".

Second - Do you have any sound output when playing any type of media?

I do, and I appreciate it. But I may have mislead you with those images. Here's the thing, though:

To be clear, it's fixed now. Installing that driver TWICE fixed it.
