Windows 11 Home 25H2 26200.8875
Ran DISM /online /cleanup-image /checkhealth tonight.

It reports as:

The component store is repairable.

The operation completed successfully.


Do I run DISM /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth now ?

I just ran sfc /scannow and 'Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations'


Thanks for any help please.

If you run DISM /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth there may be a similar result.
Alternatively there could be an error message.
In general, the restorehealth command is also run.

Yes I will. I already knew how to anyway.

I generally create restore points when doing significant things.

I was in a loop where ScanHealth would report corruption and RestoreHealth would fix it. But running ScanHealth again would still report problems.
Sometimes, ScanHealth would say "The repair content could not be found anywhere." Even though I knew Windows Update was working.

The reason was that after running RestoreHealth, it is necessary to reboot, as repairs will continue; wait until Task Manager shows you that the CPU use has dropped to a low level.

I have daily been running (just out of curiosity):

DISM /online /cleanup-image /checkhealth

and

DISM /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth


However, neither have reported any corruption now for a few weeks (at least).


Thank you for informing me though of the necessity to reboot after running the /restorehealth option though.
