Interesting, my 26H2 screen shows 25H2 as well but my Beta 25H2 builds show the combo posted in the screenshot.

My desktop PC shows the same but in the Registry it has the correct version and build #

I'm sure my 26H2 machine still showing 25H2 on the insider options screen is just a minor visual glitch that will be updated in the not to distant future to match my beta machines so not going to worry about it though.

Not to get picky over minor stuff as long I will get updates on 26H2 next release I am fine.
I am happy still squeezing every last juice out of my Dell T7500 and it is still have plenty of juice left! I don’t play games so this pc will last another 10 years for me

Another Microsoft confusing inconsistency. My R.P. showed 25H2/26H2 right after the update, but then it reverted back a little later showing 25H2 only in the advanced options even if winver showed 26H2. Same issue on 2 different machines that are fully compliant.

Hi,
After a well-succeeded installation, I went to taskbar settings and set it to a vertical right position, just to experiment. After some days, I got used to it and did like it. After some more days of good use, I needed to restart my PC. It was a big surprise when, after the PC loaded again, the taskbar was again in the horizontal position. I went to the configurations again, but there weren't any settings for taskbar position again. Surprise, surprise! I don't know why this happened. Does anybody know?? Thank you.

MS must have pulled the coding on some machines. This is up to you but this Registry hack should reenable them if you want to use it. It works on my 26300.9278 build:

I've lost the option to move the taskbar too, not that I want to but it was definitely there
