When the power button is long presses then released, the caps lock led lights for a while then turns off,the screen never wakes up . what could be the problem.when the power button is pressed normally the screen also doesn't wake up at all. The keyboard backlights turns on and off behaving this way as shown in the video, also the led lights that shows the led lights at the left side of the keyboard turns on and off in a certain sequence. Sometimes, the fan wakes up then goes off. The laptop is two months old. The problem occured after coding using python .Also the laptop was charging,so I don't know if it overheated.

What power supply is in use, battery or AC ?
If it is battery, then disconnect it and run from AC only.
Is it operating normally ?

Either a dead laptop battery, try switching on with the power adapter, or something wrong with the motherboard or RAM. First thing to try is remove the RAM modules and reinstall them. Next try a different power supply if you have a spare. Also some dead batteries prevent the laptop to power on, if you can remove the battery try removing it and power on only with the power adapter. Otherwise you may need professional attention.

PS: This implies that you haven't connected any external monitor, otherwise maybe the output is redirected to the external monitor instead of the laptop screen. I would also connect an external monitor to check if the laptop screen is off. If it works with an external monitor, then you need a new panel or, hopefully, just replace the monitor cable from the motherboard to the panel. In some monitors maybe there is very dim image on laptop monitor. In that case you have to replace the inverter at the bottom of the monitor (the device that adjusts the brightness of the screen).
