I'm really sorry @zbook, I'm not sure what the above means or what I need to do.

Thanks zbook. The reliability monitor seems to show some errors which are beyond my understanding, but HD Sentinel is not showing any issues. I've taken screenshots. I've also done over an hour of Fur mark GPU Stress Test, although since I didn't know what settings to choose, I chose the highest resolution and ran it at standard settings. Windows did not hang, freeze or show BSOD (see screenshots below).

The results look good.

Now you can use the computer as usual.

Anytime you have a problem > check the results in the Reliability Monitor.

The remaining step is stress testing.

If this finds no problems then we've completed all of the tests.

This tool is designed to cause crashes.

The end user must learn how to turn off the tool to return to the desktop and troubleshoot the misbehaving drivers.

If there are no misbehaving drivers the tool should work in background without crashes.

At this time though you can mark the thread solved.

The tool if necessary can be used at another time.

Thank you very much @zbook . Since the pc is much more fasting in booting and I don't seem to have anymore BSOD etc, I'm happy with this.

Although I'm not sure if I can mark it as solved because if you remember your Post #12, there was an issue with one of the drives which was showing errors. As explained earlier to @philc43, I want to fix that issue too. But if you wish, I can mark this thread as solved and start a new thread in a different category?

Sorry for the late reply. @zbook, before I go ahead with your tests, I want to add a bit of a background to this disk problem, just in case you or @philc43 suggest a different solution.

Background
  1. My old pc had 2 drives - Crucial 240gb SSD and Western Digital (WD30) 3TB hard-drive.
  2. When I built this PC, other than the new Samsung NVMe M.2, (which wasn't the issue btw), I added the old PC's Crucial SSD and the WD30 3TB Hard drive as secondary/backup drives.
  3. But Windows 11 Event Viewer on the new PC showed that the Crucial SSD seemed to have some major errors (bad sectors???). So thinking that the drive had gone faulty, I smashed it and threw it away. The WD30 drive though seemed fine.
  4. I then got a new Integral V Series 240gb SSD - But as @zbook has spotted it, this drive too is showing errors or issues.
  5. I have tried changing SATA ports, but this has not made any difference.
  6. At the time as you'll be aware, I was having other issues, such as BSOD, Hanging/Freezing, so I put those issues down to the drives, hence I ended up remove both the Integral and WD drives.
So that's the stage where I'm at. I think the issues that I faced with the drive errors may have been related to what you guys have eventually diagnosed and I'm wondering what I should do next. I'll wait for your expert advice, but below is a screenshot of the disks layout and partitions:

What do you plan to use the two added drives for?

Edit - I hadn't seen the Disk Management view when I posted the above. So is Disk 0 the new SSD and Disk 1 the 3TB Western Digital HDD and Disk 2 the M.2 drive?

All my apps are installed on the Samsung NVMe M.2 (C: drive) and the remaining two drives are to be used mainly as backup, storage of games, photos, videos etc.

The HD Tune full error scan and Sea Tools for Windows long generic tests can run overnight on the Windows drive.
The storage drives can be tested at any time.
Once you rule in / rule out problems with these tests you've performed most drive tests.

If chkdsk /b /v was not yet done on all drives then run the chkdsk switches.

Then mark this thread solved.

Over the next month use the computer as you normally do.

After one month repeat all of the above tests on each drive.

You will then be able to view a thirty day trend.

Event viewer files can also be scanned.

Thanks very much @zbook. Since I need some time to do these test and I'm extremely busy for a number of weeks, I'm happy to mark this thread as solved for now. If after running the tests I have any problems or run into any other issues, I may start a new thread.

Once again a very big thank you to you and @philc43. You both persisted and helped me diagnose the pc which I thought was for the scrapheap, so I really appreciate everything you both did.

Thank you and take care.

Hello everyone.

I'm sorry, but I hope you won't mind me changing the thread from solved to unsolved because after such a great stable period the PC has crashed twice today again after putting it to sleep/hibernate mode.

I have ran V2 Log and the file has been uploaded HERE

I would really appreciate your help.

The last BSOD seen in the logs was on 03/11/2022.

There was a livekernelevent on 04/03/2022.

No dump file was collected.

The livekernelevent was likely related to the GPU and in the computer the GPU is integrated with the CPU.

Code:
Processor AMD Ryzen 5 5600G with Radeon Graphics, 3901 Mhz, 6 Core(s), 12 Logical Processor(s)
Code:
PNP Device ID PCI\VEN_1002&DEV_1638&SUBSYS_16361002&REV_C9\4&2571711B&0&0041
Code:
Driver C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\DRIVERSTORE\FILEREPOSITORY\U0376209.INF_AMD64_B3BDFFADEA4DEF3F\B374968\AMDKMDAG.SYS (30.0.13023.4001, 76.81 MB (80,540,576 bytes), 28/01/2022 17:02)

If you want to perform additional stress testing then run 1 hour OCCT tests:
CPU, Linpack, 3D, VRAM, Power

Continue monitoring > post a new V2 for any unexpected shutdown and restart

Thanks @zbook - Not sure if there is a link here, but one thing I must add is that everything had been stable, however it was only a day or so after re-enabling hibernate option from command prompt (powercfg /h) that this problem started occurring. I will run the 1 hour test and let you know how I get on.

Thanks @zbook - Not sure if there is a link here, but one thing I must add is that everything had been stable, however it was only a day or so after re-enabling hibernate option from command prompt (powercfg /h) that this problem started occurring. I will run the 1 hour test and let you know how I get on.
I think your observation that turning back on Hibernate mode may have triggered this is very significant. As an interim measure please turn off Fast Start and see if that makes a difference. Read the tutorial for more background information and how to do it.
