Windows 11 not booting on Mac

Hello,
I have a MBP (MacBook Pro 16,2) installed with Windows 11 only, and I tried to upgrade from 22523 to 22526, but a few hours later it hung on a black screen. It was stuck on this screen and I left it for 5 hours and was still stuck on this screen. I am unable to boot into internet recovery as I deleted Mac OS off the machine. I tried making a USB, and tried booting it on the Mac, but it redirected me to the internet recovery screen. I tried booting into internet recovery, but got the -2002F error. I read that this is because the T2 chip doesn’t allow booting from a USB unless some settings are changed. How can I restore the Mac? I might be able to use another Mac to use to restore the Mac, but is there a way I can restore it without using another Mac or going to the Apple store?

I think you should call Apple Support. They have the best support people I have ever dealt with. They won't leave you until you have it fixed. Just tell them exactly what you did. You will probably have to have access to another computer so borrow someone's laptop if you don't have one available. Go to this link and click on Schedule a Call Get Support Have your serial # and your Apple ID handy.

See if you can boot following the steps in this link or use unetbootin or uubyte:

That’s not the problem, I need a way (that’s safe preferably) to bypass the T2 security and boot into the Windows setup.

Can you boot the Mac into Recovery mode? If yes, then you can enable booting from external drive in Startup Security utility.

No I can’t unfortunately, and I have already stated that.
I tried booting into internet recovery, but got the -2002F error.

I think Internet Recovery downloads the Mac OS from the internet and reinstalls it. Have you tried connecting your Mac with a LAN cable and use that? Once you have reinstalled Mac OS you should be able to use Boot Camp to dual boot with Windows 11.

Legacy MBR installation, no TPM, no Secure Boot, no WDDM 2.0 graphics drivers, no SSE4.2, cannot get more unsupported ;) This is only my test laptop. I had installed Windows 11 here before upgrading my main PC. For my main PC I use everyday see my 2nd system specs.

If you have access to another Mac you could download the Mac OS and create a bootable USB Flash drive. Using that install Mac OS on your Mac. It is possible to download the .DMG file and create the USB Flash drive from a Windows computer using Transmac utility. I hope that helps.
