Solved Windows 11 Pro 24H2 @ AMD Adrenalin Edition Software Opening on every right Click in File Explorer

Hello

Does anyone happen to know if theres anything i can do to solve this? or do i have to wait for 24.9.2 update of AMD Radeon Video Driver and just deal with this for now?

Updated to Windows 11 Pro 24H2 via Installation Assistant

This is becoming really annoying though, but not sure if there is a fix or not


Example in File Explorer

Right click to Delete or Paste or Copy some files, and then a pause and then AMD Adrenalin edtion software pops up, close it, and sorta works right after that

if best to do a clean install of Windows 11 Pro 24H2, i guess i can tackle that tomorrow or Saturday

Already tried DDU in Safe mode and reinstall of the AMD Video Driver and Adrenalin software

This behaviour has happened in the past. Have you tried going back to a previous AMD Adrenalin Radeon driver/package? That was the fix used by people last year when this same issue cropped up.

Oh I got that issue fixed a while ago. Used Display driver Uninstaller in safe mode and then reinstalled the driver fresh.

Has not happened since
