Windows 11 Server

So i had a problem, i was stuck with a usb stick with windows 11 on it and nothing else, computer crashed, had no way to repair it so i installed windows server off it (dont have a pc that can tmp or secure boot). Anyway, i want to get it to windows 11 pro.. im having some issues with programs because i have it installed on D:\ instead of C:\ and i believe the only way to fix them is to get it back to C:\. So heres the question can i even get windows 11 working on this pc or am i stuck with server, i tried a program called flyby11. It helps but it failed for some reason and reverted all the changes, after that i had to revert to a backup i just made because it ruined windows hello and for some reason passwords wernt working either.

So, what do i need to do here just to get windows 11 installed properly, or am i going to have to go back to 10?
