I found this on Google ...

Windows 11 (General Release): October 6, 2021?

The Windows 11 update is a free upgrade for all Windows 10 users and is optional.

No final date has been given for the release of Windows 11, but October is a good rule of thumb (and it was even spotted in the Windows 11 presentation). Indeed, October 6th (Wednesday) could be the actual official day, but we'll have to wait and see.

Windows 11 will be available through a free upgrade for eligible Windows 10 PCs and on new PCs beginning this holiday. To check if your current Windows 10 PC is eligible for the free upgrade to Windows 11, visit Windows.com to download the PC Health Check app.

You didn't say which motherboard and processor your PC currently has.
Before you buy and install a new processor, make sure the motherboard supports that processor and that a BIOS update isn't needed first.

I have and I'll only get a processor that will work with my motherboard and is complaint with Windows 11. I have the latest BIOS on my motherboard so that's not an issue.

My motherboard is a ASUS Prime B350M-E and I can use a Ryzen 3 3200G or the Ryzen 5 3600 and they're complaint with Windows 11

I was going to suggest a Ryzen 5-5600X (about $300 at the moment), but I see the ASUS Prime B350M-E doesn't support that. Looks like your choices are good. I recommend the 3600 if you can come up with a good discrete GPU.

Right now I'm thinking more of my budget and I would love the 3600 it's a bit more than my budget will allow.

It's ridiculous and greedy for what Microsoft is doing to their customers who are running Windows 10. Some people will probably be unable to upgrade because their computer is so old or they don't meet the requirements, and they can't afford a brand new computer everyday like Microsoft can. With this being said, is there any processor upgrades that would be compatible with my computer to support Windows 11? My computers are in my specs. The computers in reference are the HP 255 G7 Laptop and the HP 550-153w desktop.

Was this covered in the Win10 forums already?

Your desktop CPU is an Intel Gen4. The required generation as of this time is Gen 8 or later. No CPU upgrade is possible without changing the motherboard.

The CPU in your laptop uses the FP5 interface. That's a BGA (ball grid array). I hope that someone will correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe that means that the CPU is soldered to the motherboard. I won't say that an upgrade is impossible, but it's probably impractical. Whichever CPU is present (HP lists several), I think it's a mere one generation too old to be supported. Maybe MS will relax the requirements, or the CPU requirement will be a "soft" one, where 11 would install but complain about the CPU.

Right now I'm thinking more of my budget and I would love the 3600 it's a bit more than my budget will allow.

At the moment, at newegg.com, the Ryzen 5-3600 is slightly cheaper than a Ryzen 3-3200g. If you don't already have a suitable GPU, the 3200g may be the least expensive way to get compatibility.

@BunnyJ

Is there some kind of tpm2 or equivalent on that b350 motherboard ? If so what?

My motherboard is a ASUS Prime B350M-E and I can use a Ryzen 3 3200G or the Ryzen 5 3600 and they're complaint with Windows 11

The manual for the ASUS Prime B350M-E doesn't seem to mention it, but it probably has fTPM (AMD's firmware TPM), and it's probably version 2.0.
