Solved Windows 11 won't open photos

When I click on a .jpg file that I've downloaded I get "The Specified procedure could not be found". I checked default apps and Photos is shows as the default for .jpgs. Any idea what's going on here. Thanks.

I'm using Windows 11 ver. 21H2 (OS Build 22000.318)

Not having any issue with double-clicking a .jpg to open in Windows Photo Viewer I have set as Default or in the newer Photos.
Windows 11 Pro Version 21H2 Build 22000.348
Have you tried updating to the latest Build, might fix the issue?

Thank you, Berton. I've only had Windows 11 installed for about four days and it already updated itself once since then. But getting 22000.348 just now did indeed solve that problem.
