Solved Windows update v23H2 not showing up for me.. on my laptop.

I just completed the upgrade from Windows 10 Pro to Windows 11 Pro on my laptop.
all available updates applied.
but the v23H2 is not available to me on my DELL G15 5515 gaming laptop.
I seem to be stuck on Windows v22H2 build 22621.3374

Will the enablement package work out ok for this laptop see specs for device #2

I had the same problem; the tiny enablement package file update will do the trick.
