Windows Updates?

The update is still showing when I type in windows updates. It doesn't update automatically.

It is an optional update it seem. So do I do this one or just wait?

The general rules about updating BIOS are:
1. If you don't need new functionality provided in the update, you don't need to update, unless
2. The update includes security fixes for various vulnerabilities (or zero-day attacks, especially urgent).
