Windows 11 Insider Preview Dev Build 22483x64

After downloading...

Windows 11 Insider Preview 22494.1000 (rs_prerelease) amd64​

from uupdump.net and while that is compliing into an ISO file I get this error message:-

Windows10.0-KB5007297-x64-NDP48_3cd477f2.cab [NetFx] Access is denied.

Any ideas why please? What effect will this have if I was to use the ISO created?

It is hard to say, i cannot found any information for that update file.

Have you tried running the script with administrative privileges.
