Wrong cd player for writing

I have 2 cd players on my Windows 11 Desktop.
The E drive cd player is an internal drive.
The L Drive cd player is an external drive.
I copied files to the "L" drive for burning, but when I click on BURN TO DISK it shows to put a disk in the "E" drive AND DEFAULTS TO THE "E" drive.
How can I change the drive to the correct drive.

I haven't used cds/dvds in many years, but when I did I had 2 drives. I never used the windows burning function. I had a lot of luck with both Ashampoo and Burnaware. Both allow you to select the drive letter you burn to.
