7TSP will only launch the readme when i run it. I have tried to install the prerequisites that it lists. it sill only shows the readme.

Download and extract the zip. Rename the .ee to .exe. Works. I just did it.

What if you delete the read me and right click run as admin?

the readme seems to be baked in the exe. i do have resource hacker so i will try to remove it.
edit: resource hacker does not see anything.
