Open Run dialog box
Run intl.cpl
Click Additional settings...
Click Time tab
Write what you want to appear beside Time in System Tray in both AM and PM boxes
Add tt at the end of Short time box
Check all settings are the same in the screenshot below
Click Apply and O.K. in both windows
Now your text will appear beside Time in System Tray
