Blocking rules for Yahoo Mail

I'm now getting a lot of spam/phishing mails to my main yahoo email account ( i opened up an email and the phone slipped and i clicked on the link by mistake so it knows the account is active!)

Looks like most of the spam emails have the + sign in them.

Can i make a blocking rule that if it sees a + sign in the gmail email address it then sends it to my spam folder?

I have two Yahoo accounts and two Gmail accounts. But only one of the Yahoo accounts gets those spam/phishing emails. Every day, two or three come through. Mostly, they get directed to the spam folder and I don't see them. If they come in the regular mail, I just mark them as spam and ignore them. Anything like it will then be directed to the spam folder. What's interesting is that, they come redirected from a couple of email accounts that were deleted over 20 years ago.

I only use rules when I am trying to redirect known email into specific folders.

Personally, I don't care if they know the account is active. The account they come to is my wife's, who is now deceased. So now they are trolling dead people. Sometimes I send junk back to them. You could send them a pic of your butt. If you make a game out of them, they are less annoying. Life is too short to worry about the small stuff.
