I have tried everything and still can't get this technology to work for me.
Bought a new dongle/adapter. Followed instructions. Disable BT currently on system. Did so in device manager. Uninstalled anything that said BT. Disabled the current adapter. Then uninstalled it. Restarted. Paired the buds. Put new dongle in - add device -- NO DEAL...What is the problem? I am not sure anyone can cure this but I am checking in one more time. If I can't get this thing to work, I'll return - easy. But I want the BT to work. Thanks.
