I have tried everything and still can't get this technology to work for me.
Bought a new dongle/adapter. Followed instructions. Disable BT currently on system. Did so in device manager. Uninstalled anything that said BT. Disabled the current adapter. Then uninstalled it. Restarted. Paired the buds. Put new dongle in - add device -- NO DEAL...What is the problem? I am not sure anyone can cure this but I am checking in one more time. If I can't get this thing to work, I'll return - easy. But I want the BT to work. Thanks.

I assume the "dongle" is your new Bluetooth adapter for your desktop PC. You're saying you paired the earbuds and then inserted the dongle. Shouldn't the dongle be installed before you try to pair the earbuds? Or am I misunderstanding what you're saying. Without any Bluetooth hardware active on your PC I don't know what the earbuds would pair with...unless I'm reading your post incorrectly.

Disabled the current adapter. Then uninstalled it. Restarted.
Windows will have re-detected it & reinstalled it.
You should have just disabled it.

Your post reads as though it is a follow-on to other posts that I have not seen.
