BSOD running rampant, even while typing this post

Hard Disk Sentinel results are instantaneous for results on these tabs: Overview, Temperature, and SMART

See if the computer can run the Ten Forums protected Tuneup plus script: (requires TF logon)

If there are problems running Tuneup plus then boot into safe mode to run the script and report findings (shift + restart).

It took less than 6 hours to run a four pass test on 32 GB RAM.
Memtest86 pay version makes eight passes.

After running Tuneup plus please post a new V2 share link into the newest post.
(if there are any problems running tuneup plus in safe mode post new error messages or codes)

I booted to Safe Mode, and tried to run the Tuneup Plus to no avail. I tried to run as an administrator, same result. I feel like it's a broken file. Is it supposed to be 26 KB.

Returning to my computer this morning I find that my internet is not able to pull up my request for new pages or links states "Page unresponsive" (Not common on my computer with my connection). My fans and components sound like they are running harder or louder than normal. Is any of this due to the troubleshooting steps I am taking, or is it coincidence?

Negative, I do not get anything, and there is nothing to grab a screenshot of. Reference Screenshot #23 - I get a hourglass icon besides my mouse pointer which quickly disappears when opening the file either by run as administrator or double clicking.

I did the Network Diagnostics tests, the results were coming back as if there were no issues with connectivity. I decided to check another web browser, Microsoft Edge works fine. The issue lies with Chrome. I might uninstall and reinstall Chrome to see if that solves the problem.
