Can you find the difference between two screen recordings ?

The first recording was taken yesterday. The second recording is taken today. One day, desktop right-click menu background starts transparent for the blink of a second first and then turns to normal dark color. The second day it starts to full dark background.

I can't tell for sure but I guess it might be related to the order of drivers loading when Windows starts if drivers loading is not fixed and changes ??

Not a problem but interesting phenomenon. All else function properly. Please note that Windows 11 is on incompatible hardware.

The second recording have higher resolution which makes it way easier to read on screen text.

I've noticed it too, although not as exaggeratedly as it appears in the screenshots. I've noticed this slowness in loading context menus especially when doing a clean boot of the computer. After a while, or in other clean boots, the menu loads faster. I've also thought that it might be due to the loading order of some driver or even the way Windows stores the cache for those animations.

This type of defect is what many have perceived as Windows 11 being slow, as it does not feel fluid to use.
