I can't do this repair install due to my CPU not meeting requirements and TPM 2.0 not being active. Clearly, this is the same hardware that I installed Windows 11 originally, nothing has changed. How do I get around this? there must be aware otherwise I wouldn't have been able to do this in the beginning. I had an Airtasker do this for me so I am clueless about how to proceed past this. Thanks peeps in advance.

Try the following tool from GitHub:

That's just a lot of code how do I use it? and it says to 21H2, I am on 23H2 as per my profile, so you are saying this will still work with my version?

I have downloaded the raw file to my desktop Skip_TPM_Check_on_Dynamic_Update.cmd what are the steps I now use to do the in place upgrade /repair install?

Edit I spoke too soon, I ran the batch file from my desktop now it's downloading the repair version 23H2 and has bypassed the 8% where the pop-up checking window came up... so I think it's worked. I haven't seen "This PC Doesn't Currently Windows 11 System Requirements."

Yes it worked thanks but it was in vain , I am trying to resolve an issue with an orphaned taskbar icon, I thought doing this might resolve that issue. However it hasn't but thanks for the help Dirtyflash.

Sometimes we can only try. If nothing else, you have a tool that may come in handy later on. You may want to start another thread with something like, " Orphaned Taskbar Icon Issue " in the title. There's lots of very knowledgeable people in this forum.

Already have , back in Nov 23 , I have had to revive it as some problem now. But those CMD lines don't work with this orphaned icon I have now.
