Solved Can't open Forza Horizon 4

Something unexpected happened 0x80070005

Tried most things including system repair

Only thing I can think that I haven't tried is going into WindowsApps (can't get access)

Or resetting the PC but I have heard that still doesn't work for some

23H2 and game worked before on this laptop before the last reset

Just bit the bullet and uninstalled the game and downloaded again. Worked for me. May or may not work for others.
