Yes indeed it is, since no sources are provided with those comparaisons.
Let me guess PrivaZer site?
Regardless, I will stick to what works for me.
"I can not accept such blasphemy against our lord and saver PrivaZer!

Everyone should follow and cherish its existence, EVERYONE!"

You'll also find plenty of user experiences all over the internet - where CCleaner is usually diminished by comparison. After all, both are free and fully functional - cleaing wise. And OFC! You can use whatever tool works for you. Converting people is not really my thing.
CC did fail big time in 2017 (and again in 2023, but the MOVEit breach - only affected paying customers) - and even in terms of functionality, still has some shady ways of doing things: i disabled its update and crash reporting options - only to find those entries again as Enabled in Task Scheduler, disabled any function which would require a connection to the internet - only to get spammed by notifications from the firewall - and that hasn't changed to this day...
- checking the IP-s, some are connected to Update servers (which was Disabled, so why?!), to Software Update (also Disabled, so why?!), to Telemetry services (to be expected) and third-party ads services (also to be expected). Don's like being treated like a fool - but that's a common thing for Avast Owners, currently owners of CCleaner too (not like Piriform was any difrent) - to treat the users of their products - as naive and ignorant to what their software is doing (to trust - that if an option is disabled in an app it will respect the choice of the user - instead of taking one for a fool and playing games like above). But hey, i can block it - so the joke's on them.
Then there's the paid features - which can do more harm than good. Like their Driver Booster (that's iObit - but not much difference here either, same... uselessness). For start - it can't even tell i'm using a laptop (every free hardware info tool can do that with ease).
The sound drivers on my system - have no issue whatsoever (fully functional and fully stable), yet if finds a newer version released in June 2025 - which would impact the functionality of my sound chip - both in terms of stability (system would loose sound - if going to skeep any waking-up) - but also by loosing the Audio featured embed with this product (A-Volute/SteelSeries Nahimic & Sonar).
Next, the Ethernet Drivers...
It can't even tell - I'm running Windows 11, or that i'm actually using the latest available Driver:
1168.24.318.2025 (Windows 11) for Intel® Killer™ E2500v2, E2600
This download record installs Wi-Fi, Ethernet drivers and Killer Software for the Intel® Killer™ products.
www.intel.com
Same goes for IME interface driver - where installing their version - would loose support for Intel ICLS Client.
And this is a PAID FEATURE! They're actually asking money - to mess one's system's drivers.

And same can be said about their Software Updater....
Cool, worth every penny - not like free apps for home users...
To each their own.
