Changed permisssions and now it prevents my windows 10 to bootup (i have a black screen)

I think what you need to do is boot up using a flash drive or something to mount the drive in question and then restore the permissions back to default since it is something that requires doing things manually. In my case, it was C:\Windows and everything under it. Maybe the guy had multiple computers or something to make it easier for him to figure it out.

Thats obviously the solution that i need to do but i prefer to lets someone do it i dont want to mess up with my computer again. Still man thank you

Just wanna say 2 things , first of all i still didnt go to a pro for computers , the second things is that in checked my school computers (windows 10 22h2) all of them have the same permissions but my computer no , so i am sure regedit , services and filess permissions got an issue
