Hello i need your help , so in friday i decided to change the permissions of windowsapps , then i decided to use windows repair tool by tweaking to make windowsapps permissions to default. Sadly this chnaged the permissions of my windows 10 and i am unable to boot it (blackscreen)
I found a post in this forum is it worth it to try ? Fix Permissions Changes Preventing Windows From Booting (Windows 7 / Vista)
Even if it is windows 10 ?

This would be better posted in the Tenforums but since you're here..... I do not know why you changed permissions and exactly how did you did it? Nor do I know exactly what all permissions were changed.
Here are your options as I see it.
A repair install is out since you can not get into windows.
You can attempt to get into recovery options by holding down the shift key during boot. From there you can do a system reset.
If it were me, I would do a clean install.

Edit: If you have no backup of your files, either local or in Onedrive, from another computer it is possible but time consuming to download one of the live Linux distros such as Mint Cinnamon or Ubuntu, use Rufus to make a Linux usb, boot from the usb, and choose to run the distro from the disk without installing it. From there files can be copied to external media.

Repair instructions for W7 are not applicable, because UWP apps didn't exist back then. You can't presume \Windows\SystemApps or \Program Files\WindowsApp follow the same ownership & permissions as \Windows. They don't.

Yes i know this but right know the issue is not with windows apps but with blackscreen and the forum literally explained my issue. The windows , program files etc. Are the one who are really infected and 2years said that it worked (even the one in 2020 who didnt say their windows version ) So i guess i will try. Doing a clean install is cleary not an option for me , losing a 3years data is just impossible to think (i dont even have an hard disk to backup my data).

Think of it this way.

A car and a jet plane can both have problems where the engine does not start. Some of the issues that can cause this (lack of air, lack of fuel, lack of spark) may be the same in general but for each one, the specific fix is gonna be different.

Though the issue described for Windows 7 might sound the same, it may not be, and trying the fix described there may not work - because, again, Windows 7 and Windows 10 are different (though similar) platforms.

Need more details. Is the black screen post POST, or is it after the logon screen? Big differences. Start with this answer and we’ll diagnose from there.

Doing a clean install is cleary not an option for me , losing a 3years data is just impossible to think (i dont even have an hard disk to backup my data).
Your next step: Buy an external disk for your data.
I believe that your ESP-Partition is corrupt. In that case you will not be able to boot into the Recovery-Environment.
So prepare a MCT USB-disk (MediaCreationTool) or any other PE-Media to boot from.
When that is done you can for further steps.

Inplacements will not work. Why did you try that? Can you use it as installation disk? Just try to boot from it and you will see.
I think that <F12> brings you to the boot menue. When you succeed click <next> once. On the next page you see at left bottom an option for repair. That is what you need. What is 300MAD? Malawi Dollars?

It looks like you may have no choice but to do a clean install.

In the future, do NOT mess with permissions! That's the easiest way to f-up your computer, as you've discovered. Chances are, you were wanting to mod a game that was downloaded from the Microsoft Store. If that's the case, please avoid Store apps. Get the game from Steam or whatever. Store apps have much tighter protection. If you must mod a Store app, use PowerRun to open a Cmd prompt with TrustedInstaller rights. Then you can add/delete/edit files without touching the permissions.

Ok so it POSTs then. So the OS is there. When you see the cursor, press CTRL+SHIFT+ESC. In the task manager Click File > New Process. Type explorer.exe. See if that launches the OS interface. Let me know.

TrustedInstaller rights. That's what I came here to find out.

To fix this, the only thing I can really think of is to boot a usb with a win 10 on it, and trying the recovery. If that doesn't work, sfc /scannow and dism /restorehealth. From what I remember that changed my program files permissions back to default. Restricted beyond usable and had to redo permission changes I initially made.
All because windows did a stealth 23h2 on my old desktop that small moment that I set my Group Policies to defaults to run a clean up to remove a few meg... Which... Ended up adding a couple of gig... What a lovely experience it has been. Three times twice. No joke even.
