Once again, I am asking for help on a project of mine.
Situation:
My file system for photos is set up like this: D:\Photos\Year\Month\Day. In the Day folder, there may be up to 31 individual sub-folders. Some of them contain as many as 200 or so different photos.
What I want to do is simplify the process of moving all the individual photos from the Day folders to the Month folder.
I have been using cut and paste to move the photos but it is proving to be an extremely tedious process.
I did a search online, but almost everything is related to a specific program or app. There is surely a simple way to do this, either in W-11 directly or on cmd.
All suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
