Curious cloud storage

Is there a way to clean up cloud storage mine shows 3.6 GB of 5GB or is that normal?

As to your question is that normal, probably. Without knowing more detail about your post I would have to say you can delete any unnecessary files and folders. If you do decide to delete any files or folders make sure they are 100% not needed. If in doubt I suggest you leave them alone. Are you talking about OneDrive storage? Do you know what the files and/or folders are? I'm going to take a guess and say that your User Folders are on OneDrive and not on your local drive.

If your files are stored locally, you can use a disk space analyzer.

Hey T2T, what cloud storage are you relating to? If it is Onedrive, and you have your documents, pictures, desktop, and video folders backing up to Onedrive, if you delete files in Onedrive cloud online, you will no longer see those files on your computer anymore.
Before you do anything, please go to settings>accounts>windows backup. If it is toggled ON, click manage backup. Post a screenshot.
