custom windows 11 installation using DISM

Hello everyone
I would like to learn how to make custom windows 11 installation using DISM. I am not complete novice in customizing windows but i have never used DISM to do it.
I can mount wim file i know commands for DISM but i am missing knowledge to fully understand what can be done and what are the limitations.
I want to know more about packages i want to remove. Is there any website where i can find information about packages which one is for what purpose ?
What exacly can be done with DISM tool except of removing adding packages, updates and drivers ? Can i use it to set up services i want to be running or disabled ?
Can i use DISM to enable disable features in windows 11.
If somebody can point me in the right direction where i can learn "how to do" it will be appreciated
