Did you try doing a repair install? It should take you to the most recent build while preserving all your current settings, apps, etc. Just click reinstall now and wait for it to finish. The last few builds have been troublesome for several users to get installed due to installation errors. One recent build refused to install on two of my machines but the repair install worked like a champ. Just go to settings/recovery and select Fix Problems Using Windows Update and click the reinstall now button.
