Samsung magician partitioned your OS disk.
I do not know what the volume GUID refers to. You might find it by using the DiskPart commands I have given you for each partition or by going further & using MountVol commands. But it's not relevant to the task you have set up because you have used drive letters in that. You are not using the defrag-optimize UI for routine optimizing any more so you don't really care what's in that now-redundant original defrag task.
If you are going to try to find that volume GUID, check what is in that original Windows-written defrag task first just to be sure you're looking for the right one.
