Deleted icons keep coming back

Im using a PC running windows 11 pro, I use a program called Goodsync and have deleted the desktop icon but whenever i switch on the PC the two icons below keep reappearing on the desktop, anyone know hoe i can get rid of the icons for good?

Make sure you are viewing Hidden Files in File Explorer. Browse to C:\Users\Public\Public Desktop and delete the files from there. Make sure the app is not running as a Hidden app in the Taskbar on the right side by the clock or it won't let you delete it.

Tried Goodsync, did not like it at all. IMHO, you should uninstall Goodsync and use something far less intrusive.

The icons come back because the program puts them there.

Try DirSync Pro, it's free, much much less intrusive and it will get the job done.

Personally, I use Beyond Compare, but it costs.
