W11 has now removed our trusty friend disk cleanup and you now have to go via rather longwinded Storage Sense setting menus to remove windows.old.
Worse, the progress bar just sits there until action is complete and goes from 0% to 100% almost immediately i.e. you have no obvious display of the cleanup as we do with the old method.
Yet another retrograde step. I am now calling Windows 11 'Windows 9'.
