Thanks. for the PC listing. It'd be a good idea to put the specs in "My Computer" as well.It's a Beelink EQI miniPC. It has an i5-12450H, 32GB DDR4, 500GB NVMe M.2 SSD, Intel Graphics capable of 4K.
I already tried the Run Command window, along with every other way to open the Display Settings.
SFC and DISM were run.
I see that it's capable of 4k @ 60Hz. (4k @ 30Hz would have been HDMI 1.4.)
Do you have the capability of imaging C:? If it was my system, I'd do that, and then perform a clean install of Windows. That'd be a brute force way to check for a corrupt Windows. (You could restore the current C: from the image.) The whole business could take about an hour.
