Down load from win update

Can anyone tell me what AlpsAlpine - HIDClass - 10.3201.101.216 is as it was downloaded today from win update

Probably that's because you use or have used a AlpsAlpine device connected to your system and Windwows is updating the driver for it.
The device might be a ALPSALPINE Dell Touchpad.

Windows Update will allegedly still deliver older driver versions if:
Your hardware matches a device ID that the driver supports.
